Zoglair License AgreementZoglair is released under the following license agreement: ============================================================================== Z O G L A I R L I C E N S E A G R E E M E N T Version 1.0 - 1 February, 2013 http://www.zoglair.org/license ============================================================================== This license agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity, "You" / "Your") and Nick B. Cassos ("Author"), for the use of ZOGLAIR CMS ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or otherwise using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. The Author reserves the right to change the licensing terms in future versions of the Software. In such events, the new terms will not retroactively apply to past versions. 1. Grant of License Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Author grants You a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license ("License") to: a) Download, install and use the Software for its intended purpose, free of charge and without royalties. b) Maintain offline verbatim copies of the Software, as needed for backup, testing and add-on development purposes. 2. Restrictions You are not allowed (or permit others) to: a) Remove, hide or change the "powered by zoglair" phrase and hyperlink to zoglair.org, generated by the Software as part of its output. b) Modify the source files, except from those that are clearly marked as modifiable in their header, with the phrase "Modify as per instructions at ...", namely the .htaccess and zoglair.cfg.php configuration files. c) Distribute, reproduce, sublicense, merge, create derivative of, or fork the Software, in whole or in part. 3. Termination Your License is effective until terminated. It will automatically terminate if You fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Software and destroy all copies of it, within 48 hours. 4. Disclaimer The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or im- plied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall the Author be liable to You or anyone else for any direct or indirect damages arising in any way out of the use or misuse of the Software. |
